Delete Data / Account

Exploro Travel Tech Private Limited — request deletion of your Exploro AI account and associated personal data.

What happens when you delete

Your account is deactivated immediately and you lose access to the app.
Your profile, travel preferences, saved trips, and loyalty cards are removed from active use.
Some booking or transaction records may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention.
You can sign up again later with the same email to create a new account.

1 Open Profile in the Exploro AI app

2 Go to Data & Privacy

3 Tap Delete Data / Account and confirm

Enter the email linked to your Exploro AI account. We will send a one-time code to verify your identity.

Email hello@exploroai.com if you cannot access your account email or have active bookings.
