These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Exploro AI platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Exploro Travel Tech Private Limited (“Exploro”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The platform
Exploro AI provides AI-assisted travel planning, itinerary generation, price comparisons, and facilitation of travel-related services. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. AI-generated content
Itineraries, flight and hotel suggestions, pricing estimates, and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all travel details—including dates, times, fares, visa requirements, and health advisories—before making any booking or travel decision. Exploro does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@exploroai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Third-party bookings and services
When you book flights, hotels, tours, insurance, or other services through links or referrals on the Platform, you enter into a contract directly with the third-party provider. Exploro is not a travel agency, airline, or hotel operator unless explicitly stated. Third-party terms, cancellation policies, and refund rules apply to those transactions.
6. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our systems or APIs
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent travel or identity information
- Interfere with other users’ access or the security of the Platform
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, including software, design, branding, and content created by Exploro, is owned by Exploro or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal travel planning. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exploro and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on AI-generated recommendations. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Exploro in the twelve months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exploro from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may delete your account at any time via the app or our account deletion page.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
